How to order
There are many options for placing an order with our company. You can order online by using our shopping cart or by e-mail, phone, fax, or USPS mail. Please do not send credit card information through email. It is not a secure way to transfer information. If you would like to order by e-mail please phone or fax in your credit card number. If you would like to order via fax or USPS mail, please complete the order form from our catalog or on our website and print it out and mail it or fax it to the address below.

We ship nursery stock within the United States only. We take orders throughout the year but will hold your order until the nursery stock is available and it is safe to ship to your area. Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. We cannot guarantee the contents of an order until it is packed. Sometimes we have inventory loss from wildlife or weather. If you have provided an email address, we will send you a notice with the shipping method and tracking number when your order is filled.
We also sell at the Olympia Farmer's Market in Olympia, WA every Saturday and Sunday 10am-3pm, April to December and every Thursday and Friday 10am-3pm, April-October. We can bring pick up orders to the Farmer's Market if space allows. Please phone in your order the day before. Weekend orders must be phoned in by Friday.
We're open to the public only by appointment. Please call us at 360-985-2873 (8am-5:00pm Pacific Time) Monday-Friday to make an appointment, to reserve plants, or to receive directions to the nursery.

Deposits on Large Orders
On orders of $500.00 or more we require a 25% non-refundable deposit due when the order is placed. If the order has to be cancelled, the deposit will be returned if the plants can be sold to another customer before the end of the shipping season.
We accept personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Credit cards will not be charged until an order is pulled. If an order is cancelled after the order is pulled a 10% restocking fee will be assessed.
At this time, we collect sales tax on purcheses delivered to addresses in WA, KS, and MI. This is subject to change depending on the tax collection rules of each individual state.
Cancellation of orders
Orders that are less than $500.00 can be cancelled without penalty until the order is pulled. If an order is cancelled after the order is pulled, $25.00 or a 50% restocking fee will be assessed whichever is greater. Deposits on cancelled orders of $500.00 or more will not be returned unless the plants can be sold to another customer before the end of the shipping season.

For orders shipped in the winter and spring - Our trees are guaranteed to leaf out and grow if correctly cared for upon receipt and properly planted and maintained. We guarantee plants will be delivered in a healthy condition. Because they are living things and subject to the whims of nature & neglect, we do not guarantee against late frost damage, herbicide damage, mower or wildlife damage, drought or excessive fertilizer, etc. Jujubes, mulberries, persimmons, peaches, nectarines, and dogwoods can sometimes delay breaking dormancy until mid-summer. Trees that have been stored in our cooler can also be late to leaf out. Before contacting us, gently scrape the bark of the tree down low on the trunk with a fingernail or knife. If you see some green tissue just under the bark, the plant is still alive. Be patient the tree should leaf out. Please contact us asap if plants fail to leaf out and you've already scraped the bark to examine the cambial tissue. You must contact us within 6 months of delivery to be eligible for the guarantee.
We do not guarantee orders shipped in the summer or fall.
If you supply us with an e-mail when placing an order you will receive a confirmation with the approximate shipping month. Once the order is shipped you will also receive an email confirmation. Orders that are shipped by UPS will have a tracking number. You can track a package at UPS.com or USPS.com.
