CRANDALL BLACK CURRANT (Ribes odoratum) |
Large shiny black fruits are very aromatic and are excellent for jam or jelly, yet sweet enough to eat fresh. Crandall has a fruity grape like flavor, very good, but different from European black currants. Native to the Great Plains. Very hardy & disease resistant. Yellow flowers with clove fragrance are attractive in spring. Good fall color. Zone 2 - 8. |

Clusters of fragrant, bright yellow flowers in spring followed by sweet and juicy, large orange to burgundy berries. Fruit keeps up to 2 months on the bush. A vigorous, widely adapted shrub, to 9 feet in height. Golden Currant is a native from Nebraska to Washington. Also called 'Clove Currant'. Zone 2-8 |

TITANIA CURRANT (Ribes nigrum) |
Large fruit of good quality. Very vigorous and quick to bear. Black currants have a higher antioxidant capacity and anthocyanin content than blueberries, rasperries, cranberries and red currants. Also high in Vit amins A & C. Titania has the best blend of quality, flavor, sweetness, and disease resistance of most named varieties. Will fruit in sun or shade, usually in July. Zone 3-9. |
