A favorite in dried floral arrangements for its aromatic foliage. Attractive, blue, round disk-shaped juvenile leaves on either side of the stem. Will maintain this characteristic if pruned back annually and grown as a bush. Otherwise, Cider Gum Eucalyptus will grow quickly to 50 ft. and will have a mature long willow-like leaves above 8 ft. Narrow, columnar evergreen tree with large, spreading branches. Trunk has peeling bark and produces a sap similar to maple syrup. Prefers sandy soils. Native to Tasmania. Also known as "Gunnii". Among the hardiest of the Eucalyptus.
