 Detailed Description
Large, firm dark red fruits are very crack resistant and late ripening.  Regina Cherry's late bloom time in spring help it to escape a late frost.  Needs another late bloomer like Sam, Benton, or Gold to pollinate.

ZONE: 5-8

POLLINATION/BLOOM TIME:  Beautiful white blooms in late spring. Needs another mid to late blooming variety like Sam, Gold, and Regina.

RECOMMENDED GROWING AND CARE:

Full to 3/4 sun, balanced moisture. Reduce grass competition in root zone. Top dress with compost yearly. Summer prune for airflow and ease of harvest. Spur bearer. Cut new growth by half each year to keep tree compact. Fruits on 1 year old + wood.

CHILL HOURS: Medium: 800-1000 hours below 45°F

DISEASE RESISTANCE:  Good. Some resistance to cracking and cold hardy. 

SIZE AT MATURITY:  Dwarf - 8' x 12'| Semi Dwarf – 10-16' x 15'| Standard – 20' x 20'
