 Detailed Description

Very large orange fleshed, fragrant fruit with a bright yellow skin. Orange Quince is a great variety for jelly, sauces or baking. Beautiful white flowers on a naturally dwarfing tree. Self-fruitful.

ZONE: 5-9

POLLINATION/BLOOM TIME: Early blooming, flowering group 2. Self-fertile. Very large and showy pinkish petals create a striking spring display.

RECOMMENDED GROWING AND CARE:

Full to 2/3 sun, with balanced moisture. Reduce grass competition in root zone. Top dress with compost yearly. Summer prune for airflow and ease of harvest. Tip bearer.

CHILL HOURS: n/a hours below 45F.

DISEASE RESISTANCE: Good, although showing fireblight susceptibility in some regions.

SIZE AT MATURITY: 15-20’
