 Detailed Description

Medium to large red apples that are juicy, crisp and very good for fresh eating, baking and cider. Mid-season ripening. Freedom Apple Trees are resistant to scab, mildew and fireblight. Zone 4.

ZONE:  4-9

POLLINATION/BLOOM TIME:  Early mid blooming. Self-fertile – but will produce better with another apple variety nearby.  For appropriate cross pollination click HERE

RECOMMENDED GROWING AND CARE:

Full sun, balanced moisture, reduce grass competition in root zone. Top dress with compost yearly. Summer prune for airflow and ease of harvest.  Summer prune for airflow and ease of harvest. Spur bearer. Mid-late season ripening.
